Step-Parent Adoption is the process by which a spouse adopts the child of his or her partner. If you’ve recently married and have a new child through marriage whom you wish to adopt, we can help you prepare for and complete the adoption.

Relative Adoption occurs when a grandparent or other relative wishes to legalize the parental relationship with a child in his or her care. We can assist in completing this process through Probate Court.
