ROMANIA - International Adoption

We met our son, Spencer Doru, four years ago on Monday, Nov. 25, 2002, in Onadea, Romania. The weather was unusually warm for that time of year. Spencer Doru seemed to bond with us instantly. We spent the next four days getting to know our new son and seeing his country. When we arrived in Boston at Logan Airport, we were greeted by our family members - along with an extra long stretch limo. Our ride home was an exciting journey.

Spencer has thrived being in America. He is a happy little boy who always has a smile on his face. He loves people of all ages. He is very sociable, kind and genuinely a kindhearted child. He makes us laugh all the time. He has a great appetite and loves his Mom's cooking. He loves learning about his new world. He is very active and loves keeping busy and visiting new places.

Spencer has made our lives complete. We can't imagine our lives without him. This was the best dream to come true for us. Adopting our son was the best decision we ever made. It was a journey getting our son but a journey worth waiting for. Thank you for helping us to bring our son home. - Terry and Jeff Dunham
